Cancelations
If you placed an order by mistake or you have changed your mind you have 15 minuet's to cancel the order. Our Warehouses work off of real time orders and we CANNOT cancel your order!  In order to get a full refund you will need to wait for item to arrive at your location and request a return thru ebay.
Returns
If you need to return an item due to: Not as described, Damaged or does not fit please contact us first so we can handle it appropriately.  We will resolve your concern as quickly as possible.
Returns must be authorized within 30 days of original shipment date, and must be in new/unused condition "See Below"*, including all manufacture packaging "See Below"*. After 30 days all sales are considered final.
***Returns will be not excepted or are subject up to a 50% restocking fee if....  #1 The Item was not returned in the same condition in witch it was shipped to buyer.  #2 The buyer bought wrong item by mistake or not reading the description when the item is described correctly under "Item Description" or "Item Specifics".

USPS does not ship during the day; they ship the items late in the evening.
If you go to track a shipped item and you see a grey line with no new status, it means that the item was delivered, but does not have a new status. Some times the item shows no movement at all and worries you. It will later show that it is delivered and that is because no one scanned it on the way to your location, but it was scanned when being delivered.
If you live some where you know it is unsafe to leave an item in your mail box, on your porch, or anywhere on your premisses, get a postal box to receive your items safely. Once an item is tracked delivered to your address, our duty and responsibility stops and should stop when the item moves from USPS where it was delivered. We did our professional part.
If an item is to be picked up locally,please pre arrange for time of pick up since we do not open to the public all the time & we need time to get it ready for you.
